A little pedaling action

For those wanting to lift weights and/or do cardio, the equipment on the fitness floor is state-of-the-art. Cardio, circuit and free weights are divided into groupings along the back wall of the fitness floor for privacy. Lifetime Circuit Training Equipment includes: chest Press, pull down, shoulder press, chest fly, tricep press, bicep curl, calf extension, leg press, leg curl, leg extension, hip adduction, hip abduction, back extension, abdominal curl and back row In addition, there are 12 treadmills and ellipticals, eight bicycles, two steppers, one rower and one hand bike.
